Músicos recebem Título de Cidadão Benemérito

Em uma noite regada de música, 29 musicistas receberam, na última sexta-feira (14), o Título de Cidadão Benemérito na Câmara Municipal de São Lourenço da Mata. Os músicos, grande parte do próprio município, participam de orquestras e projetos, alguns deles ensinam canto e instrumentos musicais a crianças, jovens e adultos.

O autor do projeto, vereador Maestro Carlos (PP), comentou a honraria. “Esta é uma forma de reconhecer todo trabalho realizado por eles em nosso município. Eu mesmo sou fruto de um dos projetos, o da Escola de Música da Assembleia de Deus, onde tive a oportunidade de aprender com eles o meu talento musical”, disse.

Além do maestro, também marcaram presença o presidente da Casa, vereador Denis Alves (PP), e os vereadores Leonardo Barbosa (SD), Cicero Pinheiro (PTB) e Irmão Manoel (PR), além de familiares e amigos dos músicos.
